Women’s Retreat (Circle of Friends): February 4-6  (Cancelled due to Covid)

Living through a pandemic has been disruptive. The constant uncertainty, isolation and loss has taken a toll on our well-being. But it has also helped us to gain a different perspective on our lives and discover what’s really important. We need human connection. The theme, Circle of Friends, reminds us that we are not alone. Using sharing circles, we will share our stories, seek wisdom together and draw from our collective strength. Tanya Dyck Steinmann, spiritual director; Suzanne Bender, musician and Marg Hull, yoga instructor will create space throughout the weekend to help us reconnect body, mind and soul.  Come, experience the beauty of creation. Be nourished by the relaxed pace, good food and meaningful conversation. Play in the snow, breathe deeply in yoga, try soul collage, cross country ski, go on a late night snowshoe hike through the woods, laugh into the wee hours of the night. Come, the circle is welcoming and wide. Let’s make it wider still!

Cost:  $210 (+HST) per person      See packing list and schedule (subject to change)      Register
